Jessica Fern-Kirkland holds her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Capella University and Product Management certification from the Pragmatic Institute.  Jessica is a frequent speaker for NAA, TAA, Technology Conferences, and more. Her work in the industry earned her a 2023 Woman of Influence - Corporate Executive award from GlobeSt. and an Outstanding Leadership Award in Real Estate from Realty 2.0. 

Jessica lives in the great Pacific Northwest with her two kids and loves to mountain bike and adventure outdoors.
